About Greg

I help capable people regain clarity, direction, and momentum, without dismantling what they’ve built in order to move forward. Many men reach their 50s and realize something subtle has shifted. They’re still capable, still respected, still active, but the edge feels duller, the structure looser, and the direction less clear than it once was.
This isn’t a crisis. It’s a moment that calls for more deliberate thinking.
My work is centered on creating space for clarity and helping people see their situation more clearly, ask better questions, and make decisions that feel aligned and sustainable.
I work best with people who are thoughtful, capable, and ready to engage honestly with what’s next.
My background spans executive coaching, leadership development, and faculty advising, including work with schools, education organizations, and leaders across North America and Asia. Across all of it, my focus has remained consistent: building capacity in others so they can lead, and live, with confidence, empathy, and purpose.
At the core of my work is a simple philosophy: Evolve with Purpose.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful coaching relationship, one grounded in experience, perspective, and trust, you’re in the right place.

The work is not about becoming someone new. It's about returning to what matters, with intention.
